BirdsEye ROI, Launch Kit
Internal marketing and sales asset kit. Built 2026-08-01 by the fleet. Not for client distribution in its current form.
The positioning line: Know what the last call was worth before you put the phone down.
The full story is in positioning-why-i-built-it.md. Read it before writing any
asset. The first pass of this kit led with the platform's own database statistics
and was rebuilt, because a cleaner call log is not something anybody wants.
What is in this kit
| Section | What it holds | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Copy | 5 cold emails, 3 nurture emails, 20 social posts, 10 headlines, 10 hooks | Shakespeare |
| Graphics | 8 infographics, production ready, rendering live on the page | Picasso |
| Video | 5 video scripts and 2 browser-native animated explainers | Spielberg |
| Economics | ROI model, three pricing tiers, price objection answers, risk register | Warren |
| Pipeline | Offer, ICPs, 9 touch cadence, 7 stage pipeline, proposal structure | Wolfie |
| Enablement | Rep onboarding, discovery framework, 12 objection drills, guardrails | Ted |
| Brand | Color tokens, type scale, contrast pairs, figure rules | Picasso |
| Facts | The verified number sheet every asset was written against | Wolfie |
Every asset in this kit was written against Facts. No testimonial, client name,
case study, or result was invented. Where a claim needed a number we do not have,
the claim was written as a mechanism instead.
Overlap flag, read before using this kit. The repo already contains an older
marketing collateral set at marketing-site/collateral/: email sequences, SMS
sequences, social posts, video scripts, and a slide deck, roughly 745 lines
total, alongside a Next.js marketing site. This launch kit was built fresh and
did not read from or merge with that older set. Before anything goes out, one
person needs to decide whether this kit replaces that collateral or sits beside
it. Two competing versions of the same email sequence is how a prospect gets
sent the same pitch twice in different words.
The argument in one screen
A business owner does not want a call analytics platform. He wants to look at his phone for four seconds between jobs and know the business is winning. The last call that came in was worth five grand. Today is up. That is it.
The agency owner running his lead flow has the same problem from the other side. He is not short on calls, he is short on proof. He needs a report per service and per area, good looking enough to send on a Friday, that shows the work landed.
Everything under the hood, the transcription, the AI scoring, the four provider unification, the junk filtering, exists so that four second glance can be true. The plumbing is not the pitch. The glance is the pitch.
Try it on your own numbers
What is a call worth to you
An illustrative model on your inputs, not a measured result for your account. Junk call share is held at the platform measured rate.
Honest status of every asset
Read this before anything ships to a prospect.
Ready to send as written
- All 8 emails, cold and nurture
- All 20 social posts
- All 8 infographics
- Both animated explainers
- The discovery framework, objection drills, and call review rubric
- The pipeline structure and proposal skeleton
Ready but needs a human decision first
- The three pricing tiers. Warren priced them against delivered value and flagged clearly that real per call cost of goods, meaning AssemblyAI, Claude Opus, Supabase, and Vercel, has not been verified. These are value anchored recommendations, not confirmed profitable numbers. Mike sets the final price.
Rebuilt after the first pass was rejected
- The positioning, the 5 video scripts, the copy library, and the image set were
all rewritten. The first pass led with platform database statistics, the spam
share and the call count, and Mike killed that angle. The retired versions are
kept beside their replacements as
*-v1-data-led.md.bak. - Anything still carrying the spam share or the call count in a subject line, a hook, or an opening line is from the retired pass and does not ship.
Produced
- Four tool lanes were rendered against the old script as a bake-off, ffmpeg, Kling, Creatify, and Blotato. Those files prove the pipeline works, the content in them is retired. See the Video page.
The line the sales team does not cross
- All 13 call flow types are built and wired, and zero calls have ever run through a flow config in production. Nobody sells live routing. Ted scripted how a rep talks about that honestly in the Enablement section.
